News Title	IMG Rooms increase to 30 Users Planned

After some analysis we've decided to up the occupancy of th Image (IMG) rooms to 30 non-member users. Since these rooms remain at about 90%++ occupancy we believe this move is needed. As long as it has no adverse effects to the overall system it should stay that way. The 2 rooms that seem to struggle will be replaced with rooms that will fill up. Our aim is 95% occupancy over a 24 hour period at 30 users per room. If this doesn't work out(Which is doubtful) will reel it back in. But since they are among the most popular they should do the numbers needed to justify the increase in chatter capacity.
