Jesus there is nothing new or funny in my life. Somebody call and tell me a joke or something. The one thing I can say if I have been meeting a lot of nice people on the support lines. I know me answering the support lines but I never can see to find anyone that cares enough to really try to solve a problem. It's like when you wait on hold for 20 minutes and finally get someone. If it's gonna take the least amount of work your mysteriously disconnected.

I was recently clued in to why this happens. Support persons are usually paid by the call and not the resolution. They hang up mark in resolved and chaching another 32 cents in the kick.

So yes I answer the support lines. For the most part it's been a blast. I'm just figuring out the hold button so I'm now ripping through the support cue with precision accuracy.
