We will absolutely NEVER divuldge the identity of a user. The only way this could ever happen is if we recieve a supeona from a court. In the 8 years of operation Chatropolis has never been served with legal papers regarding a users identity. - Updated: January 25, 2002

Although we reserve the right over all content here we generally don't censor anything. In some cases messages are cleared on boards because a thread is spriraling into the toilet. So as a rule no we don't but that does not mean you have a right to say anything you like here. Use common sense and you'll never have a problem. - Updated: January 25, 2002
Although the number is small some chat sites have decided that Chatropolis is an easy place to come and get users. Needless to say we take a great deal of time and expense making Chatro what it is and we will not be a poaching ground for these sites. If you can not say a certain sites name or URL it is because they have condoned the practice of coming here to advertise. - Updated: January 25, 2002
