    1. I canceled my trial account yet I still have access? - Top

    It is our policy to give you the full 14 days no matter when you cancel your trial. Don't worry, If you cancel we won't bill you. - Updated: October 22, 2001

    Only if you selected a rebilling type membership. Please see our Order Form for details - Updated: October 22, 2001

    3. How will I know when my membership expires? - Top

    You will get an email when it is going to expire providing your email address is current. - Updated: October 22, 2001

    4. Why does my credit card statement show CC BIll? - Top

    CC Bill is our billing company. No need to be alarmed. - Updated: November 23, 2004

    5. How do I stop a recurring membership? - Top

    Go to http://www.chatropolis.com/account_mgt.html and simply fill out the form. There is NO NEED to confirm anything with support. Our support team does not control billing. - Updated: October 22, 2001

    6. Can I mail in a money order or check? - Top

    Now we can accept personal checks(US), Money Orders, International Money orders in US Dollars. You can even get "Instant Access" when you mail the check. Here is how you should do it.

    In the US use the USPS Overnight. After you mail the check email the tracking number to checks@interfun.net. We will activate your account before we get your check.

    If you're an International customer this service is not available unless you want to use express mail. Please contact me for help with that. - Updated: November 23, 2004

    Please contact me directly @ mludwick@interfun.net. Please include your username,password and transaction number. I will personally correct the problem. - Updated: October 22, 2001

    Please fill out the tech support form located at http://www.chatropolis.com/tech1.html and include what username and password you would like. You will also need to include your transaction number that was emailed to you. - Updated: November 23, 2004
