Sure she looks good and she was fodder for late night comedians and the super market tabloids but won't we all miss comments like this? "They are also building schools for the Afghan children so that there is hope and opportunity in our neighboring country of Afghanistan." --Sarah Palin, speaking at a fundraiser in San Francisco, Oct. 5, 2008 "I'm the mayor, I can do whatever I want until the courts tell me I can't.'" --Sarah Palin "Ohh, good, thank you, yes." --Sarah Palin, after a notorious Canadian prank caller complimented her on the documentary about her life, Hustler's "Nailin Palin," Nov. 1, 2008 Now that GW is gone and done making up the English language as he went along where will we look for crazy answers? Maybe we'll have to go back to the past like this great quote, "For seven and a half years I've worked alongside President Reagan. We've had triumphs. Made some mistakes. We've had some sex...uh...setbacks." George Bush, Sr. Obama is playing it pretty safe he seems to come up with the same answer to every question. As soon as that stops working maybe we'll get something funny out of him. But I'm afraid we will be in for 4 years of wait and see Diplomacy. N Korea launched 4 rockets in defiance of all U.N. sanctions and the pressure of their neighbors. Obama has yet t o put down his hamburger to respond to this. I guess we will wait 4 years till they can reach the west coast of the U.S. to do a damn thing.
