Jesus it's been almost 2 years since I could talk about the court case the Pedophile scumbag Jullian Wayne Nunnally had against me. It has gone through every appeal and is now dead. So now let me vent. Julian Wayne Nunnally convicted of A SEX1 Crime against his pre-teen daughter came to Costa Rica to buy half of Chatropolis. When I picked him up at the airport it was obvious this guy had nothing but a bad odor about him and I knew this was a con. He claimed to have 200K from a legal action (Big clue) coming in and would have no problem paying very shortly. So for 90 days he stayed at my house, was fed,provided cartons and boxes of the anti psychoyic Seroquil (100 bux a box). He pretty much had conned his way into another freebie .After researching him and talking to the surrounding people from his former address this was his gig. On the 90th day I found out he was a sex offender and that he told my 13 year old daughter (13 at the time) and a girl I was putting thru university (Also a minor) that he could sell their virginity for 500 dollars. So brrrr,whoop,wang,zip I throw this walking excrement out of my house. Not violently but he was now in the country illegally and the police told me I could get a 5K fine for having him. Forget all the other reasons. My wife packed his belongings with the value of about 100 dollars. He often bragged be bought his clothes from the Salvation Army and man you didn't have to be told that. He smoked 6 packs (Also on my dime)of smokes a day so his mouth and mustache looked like an unwhiped asshole. Anyway after packing my wife calls a taxi to find him and get his junk out of my house. He immediately charges me with theft of his junk and says the value was 15,000 dollars. Mental anguish and something else which everyone at the courthouse laughed about. Then without my knowledge he moves in with my stepson. After a few days my stepson called and was very rattled. He said Nunnaly would eat all the food he bought and was a filthy pig and he wanted out so it was "Help me Poppy". So he ended up with a broken elbow,separated shoulder and a scalp that came off like a wet paper towel. So Here come the attempted murder and bucket load of charges. All charges were dismissed at the lowest level of the court system so he took it to a judge who found me innocent of any wrong doing. Unhappy with this and I shit you not he appealed on the reason that he didn't like the decision and that someone had to pay his doctor bills. All along the road of these cases it was a case everyone laughed at. I was even told by the local court what to file against him when it was done. They told me to file for my legal fee's, felony extortion and damages. The also faxed his file to Minister of Immigration so he could never become a resident. Now I'm not a "Take you to court" kinda guy. I think men should settle things like men and leave the courts out of it. But in this case I am going for the moon. 5K in legal expenses, damages,danger to the community request deportation, and a bunch of other stuff. So Jay I know your reading this and I know you offered to pay witnesses and I have so much documentation I suggest you put your little life in a bag and head for a country that allows child molesters. With the current passport authentication many country's are turning away criminals like you so go back to the states and register as a sex offender like you have to do by your terms of your trial. Because Monday I file and you will go nowhere and I will make sure you can't work. I'll tell your landlords what you are and I'll make it a fucking mission to get you out of this country. With another Felony on your record. Do your research because the judgment will transfer to many country's very easily. You had your swing and it was a miss now it's my turn and I have 20 witnesses and enough paper translated into spanish to get whatever I want. So run now. We both know you can't aford bus rides to court for 2 years like you did to me, although I didn't bus it. So run like hell and maybe you'll be lucky enough I won't persue it if you leave and crawl back into another hole. Someone like that girl you were gonna live with but won't thro you out like she did.
