Chat is one of the internets killer applications. All

been popular since

standard. IRC was the next stage in chat and it
lasted for years.

If you decide to be an active citizen of a chat
community you need to
practice safe chat. Don't give out personal information
to anyone.
Supervise your children. Kids are prime and trusting
victims.
When becoming a part of a chat community make sure the
owners info is
published somewhere. Chances are if he is afraid to
admit he owns it he
will be of no help in the future.
